Observe rather than assume
Every TELIOS verdict comes from reading the phone back, never from a command's return code alone. Whatever could not be verified is reported as such: a TELIOS certificate never concludes success by default.

The phone connects over USB to a Linux Mint or Ubuntu workstation where TELIOS is installed.

TELIOS reads the device back: Android version, encryption, apps, settings.

Prepare, replay a test, apply a blocklist or erase: nothing changes without an explicit action by the technician.

Prove
The result is signed by NBILITY's TELIOS server. Its number and QR code let anyone verify it.
